HARSANT Private CYRIL BERTRAM 6/1558. Canterbury Regiment N.Z.E.F. Enlisted 21st December 1914. Embarked at Alexandria for the Dardanelles 26th May 1915, wounded 5th June 1915. Proceedings of Board of Enquiry convened by order of New Zealand Infantry Brigade Headquarters held at Moascar Camp Ismailia 16th January 1916. Now believed killed 5th June 1915. Killed in action at Quinn's Post 5th June 1915. Age 26. Son of Eliza Annie Harsant of Tiki Rd. Coromandel Auckland and the late Roger Harsant. Native of Kaniwhaniwka Raglan Auckland. Remembered with honour
